Maximum Fighting Championships will hold its first ever event inside a cage this Friday night (April 8, 2011) in Windsor, Ontario, live on HDNet for their twenty-ninth mixed martial arts offering.

The main card will air live on the basic cable network beginning at 10 p.m. ET.

Headlining this weekend's event is a 170-pound title fight between current division champion Douglas Lima and "Dangerous" Terry Martin. The co-main event will feature a light heavyweight championship bout between champion Ryan Jimmo and late replacement title challenger Zak Cummings.

UFC veterans Marcus Davis, Hermes Franca and Pete Spratt will be fighting on the main card as well.
